Full-process quality inspection: Incoming raw material inspection → Production process monitoring → Finished product dimensional and hardness sampling → Assembly completeness verification → Packaging and shipment verification. Standardized execution throughout, with factory inspection reports attached to each batch.
Packaging solution: Sheet metal covers are film-wrapped to prevent scratches; undercarriage parts and cast/forged parts are assembled into complete sets and secured with iron frames to prevent collision and corrosion during transport; small parts and rubber parts are palletized with moisture-proof treatment.
