Secondary Wear: The feed auger blades experience significant wear in the crop intake zone; as the blades thin, feed flow becomes obstructed. Replacement Timing: Stock up on blades and blade guards before the season begins, and inspect the feed auger blades regularly during the season based on operating intensity; if feed resistance increases or the cut becomes uneven, replace them promptly.

For AW/YH models used in paddy fields, the rate of wear on the idler wheels and guide wheels is directly proportional to field moisture levels. Wear on tracks and undercarriage components typically becomes evident in concentrated bursts after the growing season.
