Combine Harvester Chassis Parts Manufacturers
Harvester chassis parts are divided into OEM chassis parts and aftermarket chassis parts. Common supplier types include the OEM itself and independent third-party parts factories. The two complement each other, offering customers the most cost-effective prices and the highest quality products.
OEM Chassis Parts Supply
OEM in-house production:Some core chassis components are produced by the OEM’s own factories.
Designated supporting suppliers:OEM-certified factories that produce according to original drawings and technical standards.
Authorized dealer network:Sold through OEM-authorized dealers to the aftermarket.
OEM Chassis Part Characteristics:
- Strictly follow original technical standards, offering the highest fit accuracy.
- Quality assured, but at a higher price.
- Centralized supply channels; parts for some older models may be discontinued.
Aftermarket Chassis Parts Manufacturers
Professional forging plants: Factories with forging capabilities, producing high-strength components such as track rollers and drive sprockets.
Comprehensive parts suppliers: Integrate forging, casting, machining, and other resources to cover full-category chassis parts.
Trading suppliers: Consolidate resources from multiple factories to offer one-stop procurement services.
Aftermarket Chassis Part Characteristics:
- Lower prices than OEM parts.
- Broader category coverage, supporting multi-brand compatibility.
- Flexible procurement with mixed-lot and stock-available options.
- Quality varies among suppliers; it is important to select professional manufacturers with manufacturing capability.

OEM Chassis Parts vs. Aftermarket Chassis Parts
Comparison Aspect | OEM Chassis Parts | Aftermarket Chassis Parts (Maikeyier) |
Quality standard | Strictly follow OEM standards | Manufactured to OEM specifications; key performance indicators match OEM |
Installation fit | Perfect fit | Precise reverse-engineering; no modification needed during installation |
Price | Higher | Better price for same quality |
Supply channels | Authorized channels with regional restrictions | Direct supply globally with convenient procurement |
Category coverage | Limited to own brand | Covers all series of four major brands |
Procurement flexibility | Restricted by dealer system | Supports mixed-lot, small-batch, and full-container orders |
Support for older models | Some older models discontinued | Continuous supply covering both new and old models |
Selection Recommendations:
- For high-frequency wear parts such as track rollers, guide wheels, and drive sprockets, quality aftermarket chassis parts offer near-OEM quality at a lower price – a more cost-effective choice.
- For special custom parts or equipment still under warranty, OEM parts are recommended.
- For bulk maintenance and complete machine refurbishment, aftermarket chassis parts offer clear advantages in cost and supply efficiency.

Combine Harvester Chassis Parts – FAQ
Under normal paddy field operating conditions, track rollers typically last 800–1,500 hours. Replacement is also needed when the roller body shows obvious uneven wear or grooves, when bearings produce abnormal noise or sticking, or when seal failure causes oil leakage.
No. Guide wheels and drive sprockets serve different functions in the chassis running system – the drive sprocket connects to the transmission to deliver power and has a toothed structure, while the guide wheel directs the track and adjusts tension without teeth. Their structures, dimensions, and mounting methods are different and cannot be interchanged.
Standard method: Park the harvester on level ground and apply about 30–50 kg of downward pressure at the center of the upper track. The track sag should be within 20–30 mm. Over-tightening increases running resistance and accelerates component wear; over-loosening may cause track derailment.
OEM chassis parts are produced by the OEM or its designated suppliers; aftermarket chassis parts are designed and produced by independent manufacturers according to OEM specifications. The biggest difference lies in price.
- Insufficient or leaking hydraulic oil.
- Aging seals in the lift cylinder.
- Sticking control valve.
- Corrosion at the lift mechanism pivot points.
Maikeyier chassis parts cover all mainstream models and discontinued models of four major brands: Kubota, Yanmar, Lovol, and World.
Chassis parts support mixed-lot orders; different categories can be combined in one order with flexible MOQ. Specific MOQs vary by product type. Please contact us for a detailed quotation.
- Remove mud and debris from track rollers, guide wheels, and drive sprockets.
- Check that each wheel rotates smoothly and without abnormal noise.
- Inspect seals for damage or oil leakage.
- Check track tension and adjust as needed.
- Apply grease to all grease nipples.
Every chassis component shipped by Maikeyier undergoes rigorous quality inspection and packaging to ensure reliable strength and durability in demanding field operating conditions. In addition to harvester chassis components, we also support mixed-batch orders for other parts and harvester ware parts. Please submit your requirements list to receive a free quote!
