Maikeyier Warehouse
5,000 ㎡ Professional Parts Warehouse · 10,000+ Parts In Stock
When sourcing combine harvester parts from a factory, quality matters — but so do completeness and timeliness. Whether an order "can be shipped in full and on time" is what reveals a parts supplier's true standard. Beyond our forging factory, Maikeyier operates a 5,000 ㎡ professional parts warehouse at its operations center, with 10,000+ part types in stock and a 20–30 day full-container lead time, ensuring complete orders ship on schedule.

Functional Zones
The warehouse is split into three functional zones, each mapped to one stage of your order.
Sample Zone
- Physical references for our main product families — header cutting parts, guards, threshing bars, concaves, drive wheels, guide / track roller assemblies, tension arms, and sheet-metal covers
- Used to compare and confirm against customer samples, drawings, and OEM part numbers before mass production
- You are welcome to visit and audit the facility — bring your worn parts and compare them on site
Machining & Assembly
- Machining, induction hardening and assembly of forgings are completed here (undercarriage parts and load-bearing header components)
- Complete assemblies — wheel assemblies ship with oil seals and bearings fitted; threshing bars ship in sets with all accessories
- Batch-by-batch QC: dimensional spot checks, hardness testing of hardened surfaces, and assembly integrity checks
Dispatch Zone
- Order consolidation area: in-house forgings and stocked parts are picked and consolidated order by order
- Final inspection, counting, packing and loading plans are completed here, with photos documented at every step
- Mixed-container consolidation: sheet metal, tracks, filters and standard parts from partner factories are merged into orders here
10,000+ Part Types, Organized by System
At the Maikeyier warehouse, high-turnover wear parts for Kubota DC-series, Yanmar AW-series, Lovol and fmworld tracked combines are kept in permanent stock — the parts your end customers reorder every season. At the same time, inventory covers the entire machine, not just a row of shelves. Categories are organized by machine system, so one purchase gives you a complete repair package.

How Do We Deliver Fast?
In-stock items picked, production items finished, everything inspected and loaded — three lines running in parallel is how the lead time holds.
Fast-Moving Parts In Stock FROM DAY 0
Wear parts — the majority of line items on an order — skip production scheduling and are picked directly from regular stock as soon as the order is confirmed.
Parallel Progress IN PARALLEL
While production parts are forged and machined, stock picking, kitting and packing run at the same time — the two lines never wait on each other.
Consolidation Discipline CRITICAL STEP
The dispatch zone merges every supply source into one loading plan, so an order never gets stuck on that last item.
Pure In-Stock Rush Orders Can Go Faster EXPRESS AVAILABLE
Tell us your deadline, and we confirm feasibility before you confirm the order — we only accept what we can deliver, and once accepted, it ships.
Stocking Policy
Stock is not "just sitting on shelves" — it is planned inventory management with quality control.
Demand-Based Planned Stock
Stock depth for all four brands follows seasonal order patterns, so pre-peak-season orders don't queue up.
Incoming Inspection
Every inbound batch (including partner-factory products) must pass incoming inspection before it is shelved.
One SKU, One Grade
When economy / standard / premium versions exist, each grade carries its own SKU — what ships is exactly what was quoted.
First In, First Out
Batch rotation management keeps oil seals, belts and rubber parts from aging on the shelf.
