Customer Background

Thailand is a major rice-producing region in Southeast Asia, with a huge fleet of DC70 and DC105 crawler combine harvesters. Many agricultural machinery contractors rely on this series for custom harvesting rental services, and our customer provides services to these contractors and operators, with two warehouses in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Before the annual rice harvest season, the customer orders stock from us to ensure rapid field repairs and reduce downtime losses. In addition to DC70 and DC105, we also have multiple models including DC60, DC68, DC108, and DC120 harvester parts, with stock delivery times of 20–35 working days.

Why Choose Maikeyier DC70 and DC105 Harvester Parts?

  • Parts classification and quality control: With 30,000 parts of diverse models, quality inspection is conducted by DC70 and DC105 model categories, checking part drawing numbers, dimensions, and materials. Appearance and wear-resistance testing is performed for tropical paddy field conditions, removing defective parts to ensure adaptability to Thailand’s high-temperature, high-humidity, muddy-field intensive operation environment.
  • Localized packaging and labeling: Small parts are individually moisture-proof packaged; heavy castings are reinforced against impact. Outer cartons are marked with model, part code, and Thai product name, facilitating quick warehousing and sorting at the Thai warehouse. All packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin have been prepared to meet Thai import customs clearance requirements.
  • Container loading and logistics planning: Maikeyier devises container stowage plans based on the size and weight of the parts to prevent deformation caused by crushing during transit. We arrange direct ocean freight to the Port of Bangkok, enabling rapid onward transport to parts warehousing centers serving the rice-growing regions of northeastern and central Thailand.

This order covers aftermarket parts for the two main Kubota models, DC70 and DC105. This is the second full-container shipment of Kubota parts this year; the first was one container in March. The customer is still discussing demand for the end of December and February next year.
